Network Marketing Recruiting: How To Generate Leads Through Facebook

I have been on Facebook for awhile now and have met so many awesome people that are network marketers. It is amazing how much you can learn from others! Facebook is turning into a great way to generate leads in assist in the network marketing recruiting process. A lot of people use Facebook the wrong way and are actually started to get people very annoyed.

A method to finding friends on Facebook is to utilize groups. You want to find some that pertain to network marketing. Join a couple groups; then, request friendships from others in that group. Because others see you in a group, they will also ask to be friends with you.

When requesting friendship, you want to add a personal message. Mention where you saw them and why you want to connect with them. You don’t want to request friendship without adding a personal message because this comes off as spamming. When you add a personal message, you are trying to build trust, which will help with bringing in sales.

You definitely don’t want to spam your business opportunity when requesting friendship. People don’t like this at all. This style of recruiting just doesn’t work. It is almost like meeting someone for the first time. You wouldn’t ask the person to marry you from day one, right? Just like marriage, you want to build that trust before you ask anyone to join your business.

You want to interact with your new friends. You can start on the news feed and look at what people are taking about and make comments. This can create friendships that you never dreamed possible. This is a good way to get exposure to friends of friends

Your goal on Facebook is to stand out from everybody else. Try to do what others aren’t doing. Be positive, educate, and offer value that helps people succeed in their business. The more education you give, the more you will get back. People will eventually be attracted to what you are saying and eventually some will buy what you are promoting.
